Deliverables and sponsor workflow
After confirmation, sponsors receive an onboarding email with practical instructions, deadlines, and logistics. Typical deliverables include: (1) your logo in vector format, (2) a short company profile for the website, and (3) any on-site materials you wish to provide (e.g., pull-up banner). The conference team coordinates booth logistics and ensures your benefits are executed as agreed.
Key dates for sponsors (indicative)
- Sponsorship commitments by 22 June 2026
- Final sponsor materials by 24 August 2026
- On-site delivery of physical materials by early September 2026

The easiest route is to buy your sponsorship package online via the ticket page. For optional add-ons (price on request), please express your interest in the notes or email the Secretariat-an invoice will be issued upon receipt.
