We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your conference registration, please notify the Conference Secretariat in writing.
The following cancellation and refund conditions apply to conference registrations:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person from the same organisation at no additional charge.
Please inform the Conference Secretariat in writing and provide the full details of the replacement participant.
Fees paid for optional activities, such as conference dinners, excursions, workshops or social events, are refundable only when cancellation is received more than 30 days before the activity, unless otherwise stated during registration.
Participants who require a visa are responsible for submitting their application in sufficient time.
If a visa application is officially refused, the registration fee may be refunded upon submission of written proof of the refusal. Administration or payment-processing fees may be deducted from the refund.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, timetable or venue when necessary.
If the conference is cancelled by the organisers, registered participants will be entitled to a refund of the conference registration fee paid.
The organisers cannot be held responsible for other costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, visa, insurance or other related expenses.
If the conference cannot take place, or has to be postponed or significantly modified due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organisers - including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism or other force majeure events - the organisers will determine the appropriate arrangements.
Where possible, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred and non-recoverable commitments related to the conference.
Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.
Bank charges, currency conversion costs and payment-processing fees are non-refundable where applicable.
